Digital Downloads

Paid digital products (such as the 100-Prompt Companion Libraries) are delivered as instant downloads. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase — unless you have already started downloading the product after agreeing to immediate delivery. In practice:

• If you purchased a digital product and have not downloaded it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• If the product is faulty, incomplete or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — just get in touch.
• If you bought the wrong format (for example US Letter instead of A4), email me and I will send you the correct version at no charge.

Download Problems

If you are having trouble downloading a product you purchased, email [email protected] with your order number and I will resolve it the same day.

Free Resources

Free workbooks and prompt packs are provided as-is and are not eligible for refunds (there is nothing to refund).

Books Bought on Amazon

Paperback and Kindle editions are sold by Amazon. Returns and refunds for those purchases are handled by Amazon under its own returns policy.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note about the problem. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
